Jerry "Mountain Man" Ray
Founder & CEO · GM, Eastern Tennessee
Jerry started The Computer Doctors in April 1991 and has been at it ever since, which makes him the longest-running fixture in the group and the reason any of the rest of this exists. He is an analyst, consultant, developer, troubleshooter, and designer, and he is at his best working out why something that should obviously work does not. He is unhurried by temperament and deeply suspicious of complexity for its own sake — four systems doing the job of one is somebody's commission, not an architecture. What he genuinely enjoys is helping a business put practices in place that keep it running smoothly long after he has left the room.
Jessica Capps
President · GM, North Florida
Jessica is the operational backbone of SummitRidge Technology and The Computer Doctors. She manages day-to-day operations, oversees service delivery, and ensures every client receives consistent, high-quality support. She is our lead system builder, a skilled troubleshooter, and an exceptional service technician with deep hands-on experience across hardware, software, and network environments. Jessica's dedication to the team and to every client she works with is unmatched. She brings order, precision, and heart to everything she does — and the business simply would not run without her.
Justin Black
Vice President & Network Engineer · GM, Oklahoma City
Justin brings extensive experience in managed services, client relations, and business development to SummitRidge Technology. With a strong background in IT operations and strategic partnerships, he plays a key role in ensuring consistent, high-quality service delivery across all three of our markets. Justin is passionate about helping businesses leverage technology as a competitive advantage and takes a hands-on approach that means clients always have a trusted advocate in their corner. He oversees business operations and helps drive growth across our North Florida, Eastern Tennessee, and Oklahoma City regions — and he is a working network engineer besides, still hands-on with design, deployment, and the faults that only surface at the worst possible moment.
Shelli Black
Billing & Customer Service Manager
Shelli runs billing and customer service across both SummitRidge Technology and The Computer Doctors. She is the person who can tell you what an invoice actually covers, why a renewal landed when it did, and what a line item means in plain language — and she would far rather you asked than sat on it wondering. For most clients she is the first voice they hear and the last word on getting something resolved, which is exactly the right person to have in that seat.
Austin Ellis
Network Engineer
Austin joined The Computer Doctors in 2021 as an intern and quickly grew into one of the team's lead engineers and project managers. He graduated in Computer Science from the University of North Florida in 2025 and brings a rare combination of academic rigour and real-world technical skill to every project he touches. Austin has a gifted eye for detail and a natural ability to diagnose complex network issues quickly and methodically. He holds CompTIA A+ and Network+ certifications and is actively expanding his expertise. Austin is a rising star in the field, and we are proud to have him on the SummitRidge team.
Logan Capps
Customer Service
Logan is our front-line customer service specialist and the first friendly voice many of our clients encounter. He handles incoming service requests, coordinates scheduling, and ensures every client feels heard and taken care of. Logan is actively exploring a future in IT and brings a genuine enthusiasm for technology and helping people to everything he does. We are proud to watch him grow within the team.
Donna Squire
Vice President, Corporate Strategy
Donna is the quiet force that keeps the entire organization running. With a sharp eye for operations and an unwavering commitment to getting things right, she oversees corporate strategy, vendor relationships, and the behind-the-scenes processes that allow the technical team to do their best work. If something needs to be organized, coordinated, or managed, Donna has it handled. The place simply does not run without her.

Tina is the final word on everything that doesn't fit neatly into a job description — which in a business like ours, turns out to be quite a lot. She keeps the organization grounded, the team accountable, and the culture intact. Behind every successful technology company is someone making sure all the details are handled with care. Lauren is a passionate, high-energy technologist who brings an infectious enthusiasm to the team and to every client she serves. She is a self-described gadget enthusiast with deep knowledge of hardware systems, peripheral devices, and client-facing support. Lauren's customer-first mindset and hands-on expertise make her an invaluable part of the SummitRidge team. She has a gift for making technology feel approachable and for turning frustrated users into confident ones.
Brian Packo
Network Engineer
Brian is a seasoned expert in Voice over IP, ethernet and fiber cabling, network design and engineering, and ongoing network management. He brings enterprise-level network infrastructure experience to projects of all sizes — from small business office buildouts to complex multi-site deployments. Brian has a deep understanding of how networks behave under real-world conditions, and his methodical approach to design and implementation means fewer problems down the road and faster resolution when issues do arise. His precision, professionalism, and calm under pressure make him one of the most trusted members of the SummitRidge Technology team. Clients who work with Brian come away confident that their network infrastructure is built right and built to last.

Marketing and Social Media
Lori leads all marketing and social media outreach for The Computer Doctors and SummitRidge Technology. From print and radio advertising to digital campaigns and social media, Lori ensures that the world knows who we are and what we stand for. She also handles the majority of our graphic design work, bringing a creative eye and a consistent brand voice to everything she produces. We are incredibly fortunate to have her on the team.

In Memoriam — General Manager
Larry is in heaven today and we miss him every single day. He was the heart and humor of The Computer Doctors — the one who made every customer feel at home the moment they walked through the door. Yeah. Archie Bunker's home. His wit, his warmth, and his legendary \"Grump\" persona were absolutely priceless. His \"Two Geeks and a Grump\" slogan and his hilarious radio ads became part of the fabric of who we are. Larry was Jerry's partner and a cornerstone of this company from nearly the very beginning. His legacy lives on in the culture, the values, and the spirit of this team.
