You do not have to share any of this to work with us. It has never been a condition and it never will be. But Law 3 means we do not conceal things, and you asked what is underneath.

Four words holding two of our three laws. Truth without dignity is cruelty. Dignity without truth is flattery. The incident report that shades the outage duration to spare your feelings has failed you twice.
"Let each of you look not only to his own interests, but also to the interests of others."

Telling you the server is failing costs us the emergency we'd have billed for. That is the point. Silence is the cheaper path, which is exactly why we treat silence as failure.

The documentation nobody will ever read is written as carefully as the proposal that wins the deal. Excellence does not require an audience to be worth doing.

The Golden Rule in commercial form — and an ancient, specific warning about dishonest scales. A renewal you did not see coming is a false balance. So is a seat you were billed for and never used.

It is quiet, not hidden. We do not lead with it, we will not press you with it, and it has never been a condition of doing business. But if you asked what is underneath — this is what is underneath.
